The Board of Trustees of the International Festival of Folk Arts and Crafts “By Hands of a Woman” includes Margarita Rusetskaya-Rector of the Pushkin State Institute of Russian Language, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education, Deputy of the Moscow City Duma since September 8, 2019.

In 1997, she graduated with honors from the Moscow State Pedagogical University with a degree in Speech Therapy with an additional specialty in philology (qualification “Teacher-speech therapist, teacher of Russian language and literature”). In 2012, she graduated with honors from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Master of Economics in Economics).
In 2006, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. In 2010, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences.
He is the author of more than 70 scientific and educational works on speech therapy, correctional pedagogy, and teaching Russian as a foreign language.
From 2013 to the present-Rector of the Pushkin State Institute of Russian Language.
Winner of the 2015 Russian Government Prize in the field of education. In 2016, he was awarded the honorary title “Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation”.
Russian Russian Language Council member, Scientific Expert Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Interdepartmental Commission for the Preservation, Protection and Development of the Russian Language.
She was elected to the Duma on September 8, 2019.
