Итоги онлайн Фестиваля 2022г.

The results of the 4th International Festival of National Art and Crafts “By Hands of a Woman” among women celebrated on the terms of free and absentee participation have been summed up.

The Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (Department of Educational, Social, and Psychological Work of the FSIN of Russia) confirmed the absentee participation and presentation of products made by women sentenced to imprisonment.

The problem of rehabilitation and social adaptation of convicts is a socially significant problem that requires consolidation of the state and public institutions to resolve it.

The International Festival “By Hands of a Woman” included the Head of the Department of Educational Work with Convicts of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Colonel of the Internal Service, Sergei Nikolaevich Gudin

The main goal of the socially significant project is to help in the social adaptation of female convicts after their release, who made themselves known at the festival panen99.

81 territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia took part in the Festival. More than 500 photographs with works of female convicts were selected and provided for the Festival.

The year 2022 is dedicated to the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia. The International Festival of National Art and Crafts “By Hands of a Woman” is included in the plan of events of the Year of Cultural Heritage and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The festival aims to demonstrate the national character of the peoples of Russia by expressing the diversity of the culture of their nation through national art, crafts, decorative and applied arts, national costumes and traditions.

Following the Festival, the International Jury determined:

20 1st degree laureates
20 2nd degree laureates
20 3rd degree laureates

Winners and laureates were awarded with winners’ diplomas. All participants were awarded with participants’ diplomas.
