The results of the 4th International Festival of Handicrafts and Handicrafts “By the hands of a woman” among women convicted on the terms of free and absentee participation have been summed up.
The main goal of the socially significant project is to help in the social adaptation of female convicts after their release, who declared themselves at the festival.
In 2022, the Festival was held in correspondence format. The organizing committee of the Festival received more than 500 creative works from 51 territorial bodies of the Russian Federation.
All participants are awarded with diplomas of participants.
