The results of the 4th International Festival of National Art and Crafts “By Hands of a Woman” among women celebrated on the terms of free and absentee participation have been summed up.
The main goal of the socially significant project is to help in the social adaptation of female convicts after their release, who made a name for themselves at the spaceman slot festival.
In 2022, the Festival was held in absentia. The Festival’s organizing committee received more than 500 creative works from 51 territorial bodies of the Russian Federation.
All participants were awarded with participant diplomas.
